The purpose is purely functional: to allow you to close the tab and continue filling out the form later without losing your information. This storage is persistent until you submit the form or clear your browser data.

2. Security and Control of Your Local Data

The form data you enter is stored solely and exclusively locally on your own device. It is not sent to our servers until you explicitly click the 'Submit Form' button. You have full control.

3. Managing Your Local Data

You can delete all data stored by this application at any time. The easiest way is through your browser's tools, by looking for the 'Clear site data' or 'Manage data' option in the privacy settings.

4. Important Note for iOS and macOS Users (Safari)

Browsers on Apple's operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, macOS), such as Safari, enforce a strict storage policy. If you do not add this application to your home screen and do not use it for 7 days, the browser may automatically delete all your form data to save space.

This is an operating system limitation beyond our control. To ensure your progress is not lost if you leave the form incomplete for more than a week, we strongly recommend adding the application to your home screen.

Additionally, we recommend backing up your data using the 'Backup' tool available on the forms home page, especially before operating system updates.

5. Consent
